Well it's 2020 now and I'm going to be turning 54 this year. When I was little I thought I knew just how my life was going to turn out, I was going to be a fantasy artist like the ones I saw in the malls and paint all the weird ideas that floated around in my head. When I started working as an Artist for the screen print industry I thought I knew how things would turn out. 20 years later I'm looking for another job. fast forward to today, I'm married have 2 grown daughter that are everything to me and I sell shoes for a major retailer. It's funny how the things you thought were important turn out not to be as so. Now don't get me wrong I still would love to be a fantasy artist or run my own screen print shop but I've learned that what you do doesn't define who you are. The hardest part of everything me and my family have been through is along the way I lost my creative side some where. I was too busy trying to figure who I was after I no longer was doing what I though I was meant to do

Well It's 2016, this should be a banner year for me; I reach a milestone in life. It's about time I get back to doing what I enjoy and that is drawing. This year is about me I'm doing what I like; just having fun. Since I no longer do art as a full-time job it's time I stop looking at it as a way to make money and just enjoy the process. I hope all who read this have a great New year and let's get down to doing what makes us happy.
